Aluminum Expanded Mesh Product Description
Expanded metal mesh is a versatile and durable material used in a wide range of applications. It is created by cutting and stretching a metal sheet to form a pattern of diamond-shaped or other geometric openings. This process provides a mesh that is both strong and lightweight.
Expanded metal sheet is a kind of wire mesh, processing by sheet metal punching machine, and then form the material sheet into the network status, that wire mesh is called Expanded metal mesh, or Expanded metal sheet.
The type of Expanded metal mesh includes Raised expanded steel mesh, (also called Standard or Regular expanded metal mesh) and Flat expanded metal.
The Raised expanded metal mesh has Diamond openings, and it is slightly raised on surface.
Flat expanded metal mesh is manufactured throught Raised one. The workers pass the standard expanded sheet into a cold roll reducing mill, then forming diamond openings with flat surface.
